Superj3 Terms & Conditions — Terms of Use for the Online Entertainment Platform
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the superj3 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein. Please read them carefully before continuing to use the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Account Creation
By accessing or using the superj3 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
To register an account on superj3, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information, including your full name, phone number, and a valid email address.
- Register only one account per person — duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
- Keep your account password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, please contact the superj3 support team immediately at [email protected].
2. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a superj3 platform user, you agree to comply with all of the following rules without exception:
- Not use the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.
- Not attempt to manipulate any game, payment system, or promotional process through technical means or fraud.
- Not use automated software, bots, or any other unauthorised methods to access or interact with the platform.
- Not spread false, misleading, or defamatory information about superj3 or its other users.
- Not open an account on behalf of another person without written authorisation from superj3.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure, along with the freezing of all associated balances and credits, without prior notice.
3. Payment Information & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the superj3 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that their chosen payment method is valid, registered in their own name, and has sufficient funds before making any deposit.
Deposit
The minimum deposit amount varies depending on the selected payment method. Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified by that payment method. superj3 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. superj3 reserves the right to request identity verification documents prior to approving any withdrawal, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotions are subject to rollover requirements and the specific terms stated at the time of the offer. Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until all rollover conditions have been fully met. superj3 reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through unauthorised means or in violation of promotional terms.
Important Notice on Transactions
- All transactions are final once confirmed — no cancellations are permitted after confirmation.
- Users are responsible for any fees charged by their bank or payment provider.
- Superj3 reserves the right to suspend transactions suspected of fraudulent activity pending further investigation.
4. superj3 Limitation of Liability
Superj3 provides its entertainment platform on an "as is" basis, without any implied or express warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for:
- Any financial losses arising from betting or gaming activity on the platform.
- Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical faults, or factors beyond our control.
- Losses arising from unauthorised access to a user's account as a result of the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
- Content or services provided by third-party websites that may be linked from our platform.
Superj3's total liability to any user, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
5. Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Account Suspension & Closure
Superj3 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if there is evidence of a terms violation, fraud, promotion abuse, or any activity that is harmful to the platform or its other users. For closures resulting from a breach, the account balance may be frozen or forfeited at superj3's sole discretion.
Intellectual Property
All content on the superj3 platform — including logos, text, graphics, software, and interface designs — is the exclusive property of superj3 and is protected by applicable copyright law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
Where the superj3 platform contains links to third-party websites, those links are provided for convenience only. superj3 does not endorse, verify, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Right to Amend Terms
Superj3 reserves the right to modify, update, or amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to users. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform after the published date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
